By accessing or using HooksHub, you agree to these Terms of Service. HooksHub provides tools for businesses to connect WhatsApp Business accounts, manage conversations, and run automation workflows. You must use the platform lawfully and in accordance with these terms and applicable regulations.

You are responsible for your WhatsApp Business account, connected phone numbers, message content, and compliance with Meta's WhatsApp Business and Commerce policies. HooksHub provides the software; you remain responsible for how your business communicates with customers.

You agree not to use HooksHub to:

• Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or deceptive communications
• Engage in fraud, abuse, harassment, or illegal activity
• Violate WhatsApp, Meta, or applicable messaging and privacy rules
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the platform or its integrations

We work to keep HooksHub reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Features may change, be suspended, or require maintenance from time to time.

HooksHub may suspend or terminate access to accounts that violate these terms, create security or legal risk, or harm other users or the service.

You retain ownership of your business and customer data processed through your HooksHub workspace, subject to the rights needed for HooksHub to operate the service on your behalf.
